• Preparing and Presenting Financial Reports for meeting and investor.
• Maintain a system of policies and procedure that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities.
• Manage all phases of Accounts Payable, receivable and department budget.
• Calculate and distribute salaries and wages.
• Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.
• Prepare Financial Statement and debtor’s listing.
• Provide direction to the night audit team so as to ensure proper revenue reporting.
• Reviewing all ledger details guest ledger, city ledger and deposited ledger to validate proper payment and revenue posting.
• Review the postings, payments, and revenue and guest balance reports on a daily basis.
• Ensure that all statutory details (PAN,TAX NO, Company Registration No are displayed on the guest invoice and bills.
• Follow up 30 days after the initial billing if payment has not been received.

• Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skill with accounting software experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge of IDS System. 
• Candidate must be smart, courteous, with a pleasing personality and good appearance.
• Candidate must be a Nepalese Citizen.
• CA (Charter Accountant) or Bachelor Degree in Finance or Graduate in Account.
• Candidate with previous experience in three or four star hotel will be given preference.
