job description
- Take immediate action to sort out all the finance related issue raised in any department
- Maintain complete set of book of Accounting according to the principles of accounting and updating it on daily basis ,including proper maintenance of fund availability
- Analyze/scrutinize the accuracy of all incoming invoice /official receipts and proceed for further necessary action.
- Detail preparation of receivable amount and reconciliation statement of the company.
- Handling the petty cash.
- Follow up with the clients for the payment and collection.
- Coordinate with every department regarding the financial matter and take the immediate action to resolve any issue if arises.
- Support the internal procurement department.
- Maintain visit to our valued customer and bank with a close coordination with entire department.
Job Specification
- Should have the knowledge of accounting software (Tally/Saral preferred)
- Self-motivated and competency to understand the requirements of organization and communicated independently.
- Ability to strengthen the relationship with customer and client companies in order to encourage and support their commitment to export growth.
