The Account Specialist position requires fundamental knowledge of the process of filing insurance claims to insurance companies along with how insurances pay
accordingly to their contracts established with the company. Also, how to read and interrupt an insurance explanation of benefits(EOB), and do precise follow-up
with the insurance company via, phone, email, insurance web sites, etc. at an acceptable volume per day. Experience in denial management a plus!
