job description
  • Implementing Offer Management Strategies & tactical plans of offers, Promotions , Activations for the Brand & Basket of products & prepare several Plans based on Assortments, New launches, Product positioning , Brand & sku extension to Trade & for Consumers.
  • Responsible for Schemes preparing for Trades & MT key accounts keeping Margins in place .
  • Evaluating the Market , prepare offer mix for strengthening the Brand in blend with Nepal Market Catchment .
  • Analyzing Sales Reports , Weekly Sales trend and Non moving , slow movers identifying it & prepare Offer plans to bridge the gap with Promotions keeping Net Margin in control.
  • Execute on time Liquidation schemes in liasion with HO & Management
  • Preparing Promotions & Marketing Calendar & propose schemes & offers for the period for incremental Sales boost through attractive propositions in order to generate additional revenue via Trade loads & Brand building ATL/BTL Activations
  • In-store Consumer Activations / Marketing Activations -Work closely with General Trade Merchandisers, Promoters to formulate , innovate Offer plans for trades & MT accounts.
  • Visibility Plans/ Other Retail assets maintenance / Pop's & Activating Brand at POS ( Point of sale )
  • Inventory Management optimizing, monitor Category Performances at an sku level , identify slow movers / non-movers throw ABC Analysis & formulate strategies for liquidation such
        stocks through offer Management keeping HO in line & approvals from UDN Directors. Ensure inventory holding is within prescribed Norms.
Job Specification
  • Minimum experience of 4+ years in hands on experience in offer management and category handling from FMCG environment
  • Must have excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Must have a good market working knowledge
Education description
  • Masters Degree is compulsory, preferably in MBA - Marketing specialization.
