Associate level legal professional is required support a team of corporate and litigation lawyers Candidate is expected to undertake following tasks:
- Draft contracts, letters, cases, pleadings, and other documents in both English and Nepali.
- Study cases and analyze evidence.
- Undertake legal research.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients.
- Plead in various courts and tribunals.
- Draft legal opinions and reports.
Job Specification
- Keen interest or experience in commercial and corporate law.
- Very strong educational background.
- Very strong command of both English and Nepali.
- English and Nepali typing skills.
- Willingness, desire and ability to learn new skills.
- Good work ethic and can do attitude.
- Strong Analytical skills.
