Position: Bancassurance Unit- Officer Level
- Candidate must have Masters Degree from recognized university
- Candidate must have 2 years of experience in commercial Bank with exposure in related field or 4 years of experience in Insurance (both Life/Nonlife) field.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Achieve Budgeted Insurance Sales number and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Sales Team.
- Coaching and performance monitoring of the Sales Team.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Ensure high quality and high persistency of business generated to support long-term profitability of the Bank
