- Oversee and evaluate subordinate staffs.
- Site survey for new assignment.
- Deployment of security personnel in new assignment.
- Market research for prospective clients and develop business strategy and goals
- Client's relations, meeting clients periodically for further improvements and addressing complaints.
- Inspiration, briefing and conducting on job training of the security personnel within the branch.
- Addressing difficulties and grievances of deployed security personnel.
- Maintain all details and records of assignments within the branch.
- Arrange and approving a leave of the security personnel within the branches.
- Arrange or re-arrange for security personnel within the branch where deemed necessary.
- Prepare daily operation report to be sent to seniors in the operation department.
- Check and verify monthly attendance in the branch.
- Assure the security personnel in the branch are well mannered, dressed properly and working well.
- Responsible for the control room, ensuring it is operating in a proper manner.
- Gathering the reports from the control room and take action on it.
- Verify, interview and briefing for all new enrolled security personnel.
- Updating vacant post and new post details.
- Maintaining the posting order of all the security personnel in branch as required.
- Implement all company policies and procedures within the branch.
- Recommending desirable changes in the policies and goals of the branch and the organization.
- Conducting Weekly Coordination Meeting.
- Maintaining and coordinating to other branches.
- Timely reporting to the Garud corporate office.
- The applicants must be a Nepalese Citizen and have a Nepali Citizenship.
- The applicants must have completed Bachelors and above in any discipline'
- The applicants must have at least 15 years experience in the security industry
- The applicants should be fluent in communication in English (written and spoken)
- The applicants should be proficient in using computer for office work (MS Office, Email, etc).
- The applicants should have driving license both of Motorbike and Vehicles
- The applicants should not have any criminal Records
- The applicants must be physically and mentally sound.
