• Write business interpretation to fit for development writings through epic, stories in agile platform.
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
• Work with project managers, technical lead to develop and implement product feature easier to use and provide appropriate feedbacks for reconstruction.
• Prepare use case, flow chart, state, process flow diagram to better visualize the product.
• Study product samples and work closely with product designer and facilitate and support to provide better user design experiences.
• Write and organize supporting document for products.
• Review and understand the product architecture to write and prepare technical and use case documents.
• Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and business stakeholders and amend existing the document accordingly.
• Assisting with the business case with planning and monitoring throughout the iterations.
• Translating and simplifying requirements, mapping BRD to technical writing and stories.
• Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving.
• Initiate regular meetings and discussion with project manager, technical members and business stakeholders.

• Working on team to help their peers groom the product backlog.
• Work closely with the QA and testers to properly validate the written acceptance criteria.
• Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animations and charts to increase users’ understanding.
• Requirements analysis, management and technical transformation.
• Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
• Bachelors or Master Degree in related field.
• Should have a certain year of experience in related field.
