• The candidate is required to identify, explore and connect with institutions and establish a long-term business relationship by offering a customized security solution. 
• Visit, negotiate and deal with the prospective clients and different organizations, continuous follow up with clients for business opportunities.
• Maximize sales, business development and network to develop new business from existing and new clients.
• Work closely with concerned authority to consistently improve our service.
• Generate reports on a periodic timeline to Head of Business Development.
• Assist the Chief- Business Development with planning & execution Marketing.
• Perform all assigned activities and reports about the same to the concerned authority timely.

• Master's Degree in Marketing/Management with minimum 3 years relevant exposure.
• Should be outspoken, flexible on time, cooperative and trustworthy.
• Should possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Should have effective convincing & negotiation skill.
• Should have good presentation skill.
• Should have smart and pleasant personality.
• Should be proficient in computer skills.
• Should be able to work in a Team .
• Should be able to work on deadlines and bring result on time.
• Must possess 2 wheeler driving license.

• Master's Degree in Marketing/Management
