• Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for the overall management of the Marketing and Customer Care Department.
• S/he contribute to the implementation of company marketing plan and sell product in targeted country including capacity building of the human resource working under the department.
• He will be responsible to work as bridge between management committee and staffs.

• At least 1 year experience in call center or Intermediate Degree or equivalent with at least 2 years’ experience in call center. 
• Should be technically sound in English, work independently & in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines and intense pressure to perform.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Office Hours: 06:00 AM – 03:00 PM
