job description
- Should have very pleasant personality and good communication skills
- Sound Knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Knowledge of desktop and network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Router, switch, Access Point, Network devices etc.
- Knowledge of Email client application (MS Outlook, Windows Mail etc.)
- Knowledge of Network Installation and Network Management
- Knowledge of File Backup and Data recovery
- Knowledge of Printer setup and sharing
- Training and certification courses in related field are preferred.
Job Specification
- Able to work in pressure and sometime in odd time also.
- Ability to set priorities and work independently.
- Should attend telephonic support requests concerning technical issues and general inquiries.
- Should be ready to visit and provide necessary support to customers at their premises.
- Should create reports and update to supervisor on regular basis.
- Should co-ordinate with other departments for effective service delivery.
- Having two wheeler with valid license.
