job description
  • Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities and providing them with regular performance-related feedback
  • Strategizing and monitoring daily activities of customer service operation
  • Assisting customer service staff with duties where required
  • Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies
  • Investigating and solving customer service complaints
  • Assisting with development and implementation of service policies and explaining these to staff and customers
  • Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities
  • Performing additional duties where needed
Job Specification
  • Develop and direct staff, by carrying out the essential elements of Customer Care strategy, standards, policies and procedures, and by creating and maintaining a positive work environment
  • Be available to team members to provide direction and communication.
  • Consistently monitor performance for quality and coaching opportunities.
  • Recognize individual and team contributions to encourage a positive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally to different internal and external audiences in all forms of communication.
  • Adhere to the organizations and clients privacy guidelines to ensure organization’s and client’s privacy.
Education description
  • Bachelors in relevant field
Other Specific Requirement
  • Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal (in english and nepali)
  • Strong people skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Available to work shifts
  • Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.
  • Should be an initiator
  • Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
