We are looking primarily for someone with AWS experience who can create /maintain automation scripts/templates to build AWS Web Services that support our SOA applications/microservices.

At CloudFactory we believe DevOps role exists to break down silos and bring about operational knowledge and ownership to all and in order to do that you will thrive to work collaboratively with software engineering teams to deploy and operate our platform and will be in charge to continuously transfer operational/infrastructural knowledge to development teams. You will also help automate and streamline our operations and processes as well as build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations. Last but not least, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test and production environments among many of our apps to support our ongoing platform development.

• The ideal candidate needs to have both technical skills and soft skills, such as willingness to collaborate with others and even has the ability to quickly learn the ins and outs of a new tool, to keep multiple teams running smoothly and effectively.  Someone who wants to just do their job and go home is not recommended to apply. This position demands you being up and available, as well as fast and reliable.

• The candidates should have experience of Cloud Computing platform particularly AWS, automation tools like Ansible, knowledge on web servers like Nginx would have a clear edge over the other candidates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field and more than a year of work experience in related field with required Linux/Unix administration undertakings.
