Position : Field Engineer

Experience : Minimum 3 Years

Education : BE/Bachelor in IT

Job Location : Baluwatar, Kathmandu

Salary      : No bar for highly deserving candidates

Note : Must have own vehicle.

Job Description:

• Maximizing network availability and network infrastructure security. Provide support of Cisco/Juniper router/switches.
• Install, configure CCTV with related components and maintain an accurate inventory of hardware/peripherals.
• Maintain network hardware and software, including servers, peripherals, network nodes, terminals and wiring.
• Ensure that the computer system platform provides sufficient computing resources to deliver the desired level of performance.
• Prepare requirements for equipment replacement and maintenance. Manage server operation scheduling, backup, storage and retrieval functions
• Prioritize and manage cases. Consult with supervisor and Customer to proceed on the tasks at hand.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of Network and cabling.
• Negotiate and contract with consultant, technical personnel and vendors for services and products.
• Communicate with clients either face-to-face or over the phone to update or resolve any issues.
• Establishes and controls systems access and security.

Other Specifications:

• Must have excellent command over oral and written form of communication.
• Must be good at using MS Office and Design Software.
• Must adhere strictly to the policies related to security.
