Chartered Accountant with approx. 10 years of experience in Mid-Level and Senior Level position 
At least 5+ years of experience in a role of Finance Head/Finance Controller.

  • Ensure that the books of accounts are properly and timely maintained, periodic closures are timely completed.
  • Review and finalize periodic reports including financials statements and share with the Management and the Board.
  • Prepare annual business plans and strategies in consultation with various business heads and department heads and get the same approved from the Management and the Board.
  • Prepare financials projections and budgets in line with annual business plans and get the same approved from the Management and the Board.
  • Conduct the periodic review of business plans, projections and budgets and share with the Management and the Board.
  • Prepare and review business policies and procedures to strengthen internal control and business efficiency.
  • Responsible for coordinating and closing all the statutory engagements like audits, credit ratings etc
  • Ensure that all statutory and regulatory compliances are properly made.
  • Plan, review and monitor the cash flow of the regular operations, new projects.
  • Responsible for all banking relationships, planning and management.
  • Review and monitor the ERP implementation project and optimization of the same.
  • Assist for implementation of other various systems in the company.
  • Conducting other adhoc assignments like cost reduction, value engineering, and data analysis.
  • Providing guidance to the team members for day-to-day operation of Accounts & Finance and Inventory Management and the overall team development.
     
Job Specification
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to manage cross functional team. 
  • In depth knowledge of tax laws, corporate laws and other local laws.
  • Well versed with accounting software and other technical tools.
  • Must be able to interact clearly and effectively in a fast-changing environment with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • A good team player.
