- Keep the books of accounts in perfect order.
- Produce project wise financial reports.
- Work to identify cost cutting measures.
- Maintain petty cash, pay salaries.
- Anaizye the project versus budget to ensure all project are on track.
- Develop easy reporting formats.
- Work with our engineers to manage te roject expenses.
- Report directly to the Managing Director.
You will need to wath the expense like a hawk and leave no stone unturned when looking for waste to cut cost. you will prepare project based reports and prepare reporting formats for our engineers to use in the field and support them in planing the project expenses.
Most of the work will be done from the build up Nepal office in Jamsikhel, but occasional visit to the project in Sindhupalchowk, Gorkha, Dhading and earthquake affected areas.
