job description
- Greet and welcome all the visitors warmly in positive attitude (manner).
- Organizing communication and consulting visitors and clients politely.
- Telephone Handling, taking messages, screening and directing to the concerned.
- Greeting visitors / applicants and directing them to the right person / department.
- Arrange official files, folders, registers and maintain them on daily basis.
- Ensure all telephone lines and sub lines are in working conditions.
- Assist PRO as required but should not leave reception desk.
- Set up up-to-date notice board.
- Passport Entry in company software.
- Documents collection of applicants (workers) for further processing.
- Maintaining Enquiry Register Book.
- Managing and Maintaining 'Visitor' book.
- Monitor visitors coming and going through the reception and be aware and report suspicious activity to management team immediately.
- Reporting to Department Head – Documentation Manager.
Job Specification
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
