job description
- Clean office furniture, office equipment, office floor, walls, windows etc. regularly.
- Make seating arrangements/re-arrangement and tea arrangements for meeting in consultation with the concerned officer and ensure that the tables and seats are clean.
- Collect and deliver documents, mail and packages from/to designated points and maintain record of such delivery and collection.
- Assist staff in secretarial work including in payment of utility bills, distribution of invitations / publications, filing, photocopying and document binding.
- Assist project team in photocopying, preparing stationery for workshops, loading and unloading of luggage for workshops and any other assignment that may be necessary to perform in the absence of concerned officer.
- Make and serve tea/coffee/ refreshments during meetings and to external guests.
- Responsible for kitchen area maintenance/cleaning and to ensure tea, water and other stock is available at all times, and proper stock of crockery is maintained and is immediately washed/cleaned after use.
- Provide support to office management for small outdoor purchase
- Check necessary doors and windows are open at the beginning of office hours and ensure lights, AC and fans are switched off and windows/doors closed before leaving the office.
- Responsible for waste management of office.
- Perform other secretarial duties and ad hoc tasks as required that may be assigned from time to time
