job description
- Design and expand training and development programs based on the need of the organization and client dealing department
- Work in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties, such as supervisors, HoDs and Organizational Department at board level
- Develop effective induction programmes for staffs
- Devise individual learning plans
- Produce training materials for the in house course
- Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussion with supervisors and HoDs
- Ensure that statuary training requirements are met
- Evaluate training and development programmes
- Have an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages for staffs.
- Research of new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning, customer techniques and present this research
- Regular consultation with supervisors and organizational department.
Education description
- Bachelor's Degree in related field is required
