The Hotel Supervisor will be involved in overall running of the hotel most efficiently and effectively with major responsibilities as listed below to be reported to Business Operations Manager:

• Adopting the company philosophy of being eco-friendly and socially responsible hotel, making contribution for translating the philosophy into action, and disseminating the concept to the staff members, clients and society.
• Ensuring utmost upkeep of the hotel areas, including guest rooms, dining, kitchen, reception, staff areas and public areas.
• Properly using a checklist for the upkeep of the hotel areas to ensure utmost cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance and pleasant ambience.
• Properly overseeing food hygiene and presentation.
• Ensure all staff wear neat and clean uniform and identity badge and that they are hospitably presentable to the guests all the time.
• Ensure warm welcome of all guests according to the highest standard and ensure that their stay in the hotel is memorable through personalized, safe and secure service.
• Brief all guests on arrival, upon check in and ensure a guest feedback upon departure.
• Immediately report guest complaints to management and take initiative for solving guest problems.
• Organize guest contact information for management for post departure follow up.
• Create ancillary sales based on quarterly target.
• Coordinate with agents and guests prior to, during travel to hotel and at the time of departure as required.
• Coordinate with HO and report to the management on a regular basis.
• Oversee functioning of reception, guest communication, dining services, room services and kitchen services and make proper coordination between these functions.
• Properly utilize maintenance budget.
• Ensure proper book keeping, cash handling, bank deposits of revenues, payment of VAT/TDS as per schedule and as guided by the management.
• Properly manage employee leave and leave records.
• Ensure procurement, store and issue of supplies related dining, house keeping, kitchen etc. and maintain proper records.
• Maintain congenial relations with the stakeholders.
• Recommend to the management ways and means to upscale the service and overall image of the hotel.
• Accomplish other functions assigned by the management.

• The applicant should have the abillity of Multi-tasking.
• Minimum two years of working experience in relevant field.
• Must be passionate about working in this sector.
• Must have the willingness to learn lifelong.
• Must devote to the idealogies of sustanable tourism.
• Must whole heartedly beleive in the core philosophies of the company. Being an eco friendly & socially responsible hotel.

• Hotel management graduate required.
