- Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff as per organization planning.
- Serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees.
Job Specification
- At Least 3 years of experience in any institution and corporate house in related field, Plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to influence others and manage change.
- Ability to work independently with flexibility of time and working condition.
- Well-versed and fluent in both written and spoken English and Nepali.
- Competent in Ms Office package.
- Expected to be having positive attitude, smart personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Age should not exceed 35 years.
Education description
- Master Degree in Human Resource Management.
