• Provide coaching and support to management around key people management activities(Hiring and recruitment,Employee relations,Performance management,Talent management & Learning and development)
• Creating, maintaining, executing and enforcing various company policies. Propose improvement to policies, programs and procedures to improve effectiveness of human resources and operations
• Assuring HR programs are carried out in accordance with company’s policies and procedures
• Acting as an intermediary between the staff and other departments within the company
• Co-ordinating with the management team on staff appraisals
• Updating and maintaining job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
• Providing staff orientation and induction.
• Leading processes in interpreting and translating business strategy into human and organization initiatives
• Proactively supporting, encouraging and facilitating staff to engage in continuous improvement activities.

• Firm exposure to several HR functions for example talent management, compensation, benefits, training and development, performance management
• Proper experience with employee relations, managing employee performance
• Experience supporting various functions such as operations, administration
• Experience with recruiting and hiring best practices
• Experience rolling out general HR programs
