job description
- Handling the recruitment and selection process of vacant positions in the company.
- Carrying out routing tasks related to human resources and administration such as payroll handling, employee grievance handling, ID card and visiting card printing, etc.
- Handling performance management of the staff.
- Carrying out Provident Fund related tasks.
- Carring out Reward and Recognition program.
- Suggesting the management on things that can be done to improve the HR system of the company.
Job Specification
- At least minimum 2 years experience in related field .
- Good knowledge of HR systems.
- Fluency in both English and Nepali.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office package.
- Good communication skills.
Education description
