The Human Resource Assistant shall ensure maintenance of HR related data/information, provide efficient support in day to day HROD department operations and facilitate the implementation of HROD policy and systems.
Key qualifications and competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Management or relevant field from a recognized University

At least 3-4-year work experience in related field in similar organization

1-2-year work experience in similar role

Good planning and organizational skills

Ability to demonstrate good judgement, maintain confidentiality and discretion

Proficiency in English language and fluency in written and spoken Nepali
