- Install and configure computer operating systems, computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners, and applications.
- Repair network infrastructure and architecture and data security.
- Control over and maintenance of user accounts.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Coordinate to the staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
- At least of two years working experience in related field.
- Must have sound knowledge of Wordpress CRM.
- Must have general Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS.
- Must have good writing and article creation skills.
- Must have good proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Should have Bachelor's Degree from IT (BIT, BSC.CSIT).
