job description
- Computer/Laptop, Windows OS, Microsoft Office Package, web applications, in-house applications related support to the company.
- Knowledge of Printers, Scanners, Telephone installations
- Server & Server application monitoring, reporting, support
- User level network related support
- Report preparation & submission as per the company standard
- Video Conferencing application related support eg: SKYPE MEETING, etc
- Other IT based hardware & application support that the company has in use.
Education description
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of related experience in related field.
