job description
- Provide support to company staffs.
- Escalate internet related issue to ISP.
- Maintain all computer and company hardware.
- Monitoring and maintaining ISP connectivity status.
Job Specification
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Willing to work on shift rotation basis and during Public holidays.
- Should possess excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently.
- Ability to work well in team
- Good knowledge of windows 7,10 installation, troubleshooting and LAN / WAN network troubleshooting
Education description
- Bachelor's Degree in CS/ IT
