job description
  • Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short-listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Employee Administration.
  • Assist in Preparation, development, and implementation of performance management as well as performance evaluation policies and procedures
  • Working with external HR consultants, if needed
  • Administering payroll and maintaining employee records
  • Conduct orientation program to new employees.
  • Maintain the data base records of each employee of the organization.
  • Check the attendance records of the employees.
  • Coordinate with consultant on employees training needs and arrange schedules for employees.
  • Attend to employees grievances and complaints; provide guidance if necessary.
  • Provide feedback to management to enhance a better working environment.
  • Reporting to Managing Director.
