  • Follows and do the checklist and other daily job assigned by team leader or senior.
  • Politely communicate with the client and note down the issues.
  • Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
  • Participation in providing training to client as required.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedbacks to client with mail and using ticketing system.
  • Maintain jovial relationship with clients.
