It all started from a humble operation in Penang, Malaysia, offering sale of electronic gaming and amusement machines to the now, public company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad under Stock Code : 0037. job description
- Providing Technical Support to Operations Support.
- Providing constant monitoring and maintenance on the machine and troubleshooting enhancement tools available.
- Cleaning, polishing, painting and upgrading machines.
- Install and uninstall machines.
- Follow senior executive technician for field service job & how to troubleshoot and repair machines.
- Learn to work independently & to keep working place clean, tidy & update creates safety environment.
- Adhere Technical Standard Operation Procedure.
- Self-Discipline & motivation.
- Perform major repairing and providing guidance to Junior Technician/Trainee
- How to operate machines of all kind & coin acceptor such as mechanical, electronic & etc.
- Technical knowledge is at intermediate level, however, technical knowledge is expected to progress though the job experience
- Able to lead and take responsibilities in carry out tasks or projects assigned to an individual or a team
- Expect to be independent to carry out assigned tasks without supervisor
Job Specification
- Experience in gaming industry will be more advantage.
- Knowledge of PCB repairing in an added advantage
- Technical knowledge is expected to be intermediate levels.
- Knowledge of basic electronics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English language is a must.
- Skilled in creative problem solving and analytical structured thinking.
Education description
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent.
Other Specific Requirement
- 1-2 years of experience in Electronic / IT
- Proficient in Computer software – Microsoft Operation Systems, Knowledge of computer hardware in both procurement and repairing at component level.
