• Formulate & implement marketing and sales strategies to improve customer awareness and increase sales of the branch.
• Organizing and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
• Generate leads and prospects through various marketing activities and (or) campaign.
• Convert leads into customers through regular and effective follow up.
• pdating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
• Co-ordinate among team members, Branch Incharge and Head Office to enable sales.
• Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports as per requirements.

• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
• Proficient in MS Office • Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.

• Bachelors in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline (MBA Preferable)

• Two wheeler with valid licenses is compulsory.
• Local candidates are preferred.
