• Formulate & implement marketing and sales strategies to improve customer awareness and increase sales of the branch.
• Organizing and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
• Generate leads and prospects through various marketing activities and (or) campaign
• Convert leads into customers through regular and effective follow up
• Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
• Co-ordinate among team members, Branch Incharge and Head Office to enable sales
• Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports as per requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Bachelors in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness

• Bachelors in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.

• Two wheelers with valid licenses is compulsory
• Local candidates are preferred.
