• Coordinates with Nepal and NY marketing team on day to day basis.
• Ability to manage assigned responsibilities independently, or execute effectively within a team.
• Regularly interacts with marketing managers to receive information and updates about marketing tasks and results.
• Evaluates marketing reports and marketing data compiled by marketing staff members.
• Presents regular updates and information to marketing managers and executives.
• Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
• Generating and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and many more.
• Prepares budget and creates plan for Google ads execution.
• Sourcing advertising and PR opportunities and recommending it to the marketing managers and executives.

• Minimum of 2 year of previous working experience in similar field.
• Experience in running campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, Pinterest, and more.
• Knowledge of basic SEO and web analytics like Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools etc.
• Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
• Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite and blogging.

• Bachelor's Degree completed.
