• Establish New Brand in Lubricant Industry.
• Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring and forecasting to better understand the market.
• Kathmandu based and travel to other locations as decided by the company.
• Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales.
• Remain up-to-date about market information and develop strategies to boost sales.
• Manage team and subordinates innovatively reach more potential customers.
• Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value.
• Target management, market awareness, and commercial negotiation skills.
• Developing marketing strategies, sufficient market links to boost up the sales of the company.

• Minimum 3 years in the field of sales and marketing in Lubricants.
• Strong, Creative, Strategic, Analytical, Organizational and Personal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems.
• Should have knowledge of Email, Internet, Microsoft office package (especially Microsoft excel).
• Should have Basic accounting knowledge.
• Capable working under Pressure.

• Bachelor's degree in management. (Preferred Master's Degree in Marketing).
