- Strengthening the brand JK Paper in Kathmandu.
- Territory mapping and market segmentation to identify new customer groups.
- Assessing the cause of low sales in certain location; Implementing competitive strategies to enhance business.
- Evaluating and improving product via Research surveys and customer feedback.
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
- Building relations with the trade partners and new customer base.
- Monitor secondary sales; help area wholesalers maximize target achievement.
- Ensure 100% collection against sales as per terms of payment.
- Frame regular visit plan to the jobbers, wholesalers and vendors.
- Check on the competitors activities.
