job description
  • Identify the prospective distributors/region for the expansion of business and build networks, travel accordingly to meet and discuss about the products.
  • Build networks to find potential customers, distributors, various related institutions etc.
  • Develop various innovative ideas and concepts to reach the target group and make a concrete plan accordingly.
  • Assist in implementation of the marketing and sales strategies developed by concerned authority.
  • Assist/Coordinate in designing various promotional campaigns for the company.
  • Communicate and represent professionally to explain various product provided by the organization.
  • Communicate with distributors regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale; persuade themin selling products of the company.
  • Verify the prospective distributors for their reliability, financial capacity and other compatibility and suggest the competent distributors to initiate the business.
  • Initiate, effectively perform sales activities/process from starting to closing as assigned.
  • Assist all agents in better understanding about the products and services offered as and when required.
  • Handle customer/distributors etc inquiries, complaints/feedback effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide necessary recommendations for relevant polices and revisions within the services as needed.
  • Oversee the market trends, activities of competitors and suggest/recommend the best suitable steps to take in order to have competitive advantages.
  • Follow up with concerned parties regarding sales, raising payments etc as per requirement.
  • Research, remain updated with market trends; opportunities etc and recommend the best suitable approach accordingly.
