Orbit International is one of the youngest companies under MC Group which was established in the year 2009. It started its business by launching Beko Home Appliances – the largest home appliances brand of Turkey and now the largest appliances brand in UK as well. Beko Home Appliances is part of Koc Group (Turkey) which commands more than 9% of Turkey’s entire GDP. job description
  • Preparing sales strategy for company broken down into region and products according to the dealers feedback and daily meetings
  • Preparing of target letters for all dealers with their consultation
  • Achieving of the target approved by Director(s) and reaching of target is a must
  • Conducting regular meeting with member of sales team in order to discuss about the present sales and move of the competitors
  • Calling/Visiting to dealers so as to know about their problem, sales position as well as payment position both inside and outside valley
  • Carrying out product analysis such as analysis of company’s own products, price, place and promotions to form marketing strategies – price comparison chart between different brands must be updated on a monthly basis
  • Giving advices and suggestions to Director(s) on the basis of product and competitors analysis
  • Increasing the dealers network to intensify the reach of products
  • Preparing sales report as per requirement placed by directors
  • Ensuring after sales services are provided best and on timely manner
  • Expanding market through research
  • Completing accounts reconciliation every 6 months
  • Taking approval of party before dispatch of any goods to new parties and collection of VAT certificates of all new parties before goods dispatch
  • Visiting competitors’ stores to know about their strategies in order to carry out competitors’ analysis
  • Providing credit notes and money receipt notes to the dealers
  • Carrying out of appraisals of other employees in sincere and honest manner
  • Any additional work given by seniors as and when required
Job Specification
  • Fluent in both Nepali and working knowledge in English
  • Should have good knowledge of market statistics of electronic goods
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
  • Should have a good knowledge of Internet and email
  • Should be willing to travel intensively outside Kathmandu
  • Should have very good communication skills
  • Should have patience and politeness while dealing with dealers
  • Should be confident and have influential personality
