- Achieve the sales target via exposure of products along with its features to all customers.
- Maintain the discipline, punctuality and utilize the free time in store.
- Welcome customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
- Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
- Advise customers by providing information on products.
- Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
- Greet the customers with good smile & etiquettes.
- Handle the store’s budget.
Job Specification
- Experience in Mobile and Home Appliances will be an advantage.
- Prior experience as store sales officer or relevant role.
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
