Job Description
- Issuing of VAT bill and other required bills to customers and partners.
- Check subscription and account details of customers.
- Receive support phone call and forward it to concern department.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report of tasks
- Follow up with LCOs and Franchise for inventory management and pending bills.
- Maintain Relationship with LCOs and Franchise to resolve any kind of disputes in future.
- Settle the monthly payable and receivable bills of LCOs and Franchise.
