- Ensure that the vehicles are repaired as per repair order (RO) specification.
- Ensure high quality of work and care for customer’s safety to improve CSI.
- Improve workshop productivity and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and build loyal clientele for the company.
- Control workshop process effectively, ensure workshop work is completed on time.
Job Specification
- Must have the sound technical knowledge of service and spare parts.
- Must have knowledge in Troubleshooter.
- Must have knowledge of service & spares business.
- Must have knowledge of 2 Wheeler industry.
Education description
- Diploma level Passed.
