job description
- Understand product (Vespa & Aprilia) by studying characteristics, capabilities and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models.
- Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with walking customers, suggesting best option, responding to inquiries, recommend sales campaign and promotion.
- Qualify buyers by understanding buyer's requirement and interest; matching requirement and interest to various models; building rapport.
- Demonstrate product by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drive, explaining warranties and services.
- Close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; convincing on price; explaining provisions; explaining warranties, services, and financing; collect payment and product delivery.
