We are fashion e-store looking for full time social media handler for facebook business page, website and instagram.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• He/she should be able to handle customer’s query that’s asked online through facebook/instagram and offline through calls and messages.
• Should promptly and politely deal with the customers with regards to their queries about the products.
• Should be able to explain clearly to the requests and be able to attend multiple customers at one time.
• Should be passionate about fashion and be updated with the current trends.
• Should possess extraordinary customer care skills.
• Should be highly patient with dealing with the customers. If you don't see this near the top of your skills list, this job is not for you.
• You should be highly attentive of the customer’s query and be as prompt to reply as possible.
• Should have clear communication skill and have knowledge of the product in detail.
• Ability to 'read' customers psychology and try to persuade them to purchase the products.

• A college grad who has EXCELLENT skills in English both verbally and written with a very strong hold on the language.
• A clear, cheerful and energetic communicator with a positive mindset.
• Knowledgeable on fashion world and familiar with current trends.
• Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.)
• Maintains excellent writing and language skills
• Exceeds at building and maintaining sales relationships, online and off.

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.

• Willing to work off office hours would be an added advantage. (extra bonus pay)

Hiring is competitive and will be offered to highly skilled and deserving candidates. Job will be on contract basis however can be for long term as well.
