The incumbent is expected to be a hard core C#.NET or Java developer with ability to undertake these responsibilities:

• Function as part of agile development team supporting R&D effort with multiple .NET and Java based systems.
• Design and develop solutions to meet product requirements utilizing agile principles.
• Perform root cause analysis and trace/debug issue at code or process level. 
• Collaborate with subject-matter-experts (SMEs) and senior staff to assist with technical analysis, and implementation of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze technical requirements and convert them to work products.

• Sound knowledge of Object Oriented Design concepts.
• Professional development experience in C#.NET and/or Java.
• Experience with Core C#, WCF, LINQ, ASP.NET, SQL Server preferred for .NET developers.
• Experience with Java 8, Java Spring Framework, Eclipse preferred for Java developers.
• Strong coding skills with ability to write production ready code quickly with minimum assistance.
• Ability to work with large code base using version control tools like SVN, GIT.
• Experience of developing and consuming Web Services (SOAP/REST) will be a bonus.
• Experience of working on big data enterprise application(s) will be an added advantage.
• Web development experience using JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, AngularJS, Node.js will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work in flexible hours overlapping with US office hours.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work and coordinate amicably with team members and management.

• B.E. in Computer Science.
