- Accommodate visitors, clients and job candidates.
- Control distribution of conference call numbers.
- Coordinate with client and staff to insure the office runs smoothly, efficiently and successfully.
- Handel daily administrative duties such as filing and managing the master calendar
- Perform administrative duties as and when assigned.
Essential Skills:
• Excellent communication and telephone skills (fluent, spoken and written English)
• Good computer skills – efficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Administration skills

- Minimum of Intermidiate (+2) level
Minimum Experience: None, however previous experience in similar positions strongly preferred
Hours: 7 AM - 11 AM and/or 1 PM to 5 PM (Flexible)
9 AM - 5 PM
