job description
- Handling Enquiries from websites, FB Promotion leads, B2B’s & B2C’s
- Supervision of the whole team by assorting inquiries via label (Gmail) to subordinates and teammates
- Monitoring each inquiry to ensure that it has been addressed timely & properly
- Negotiation with Vendors for special rates ( Hotels & Transport Service)
- Keeping track of the movement by being in touch with the client while they are on tour via telephone
- Promotion of Various Packages via Social Media Marketing ( Fb Sponsored in different countries (Area-Wise Target)
- Monitoring CRM & sales tracker of Inbound Package
- Follow-up with the client via a direct call to any country if the inquiry is of high priority
- Timely Correspondence with SEO expert to increase ratings in Google (website)
- Fixing up meetings with Vendors, Suppliers & B2B agents (International)
- Forwarding package details to Designing Team for Promotional Purpose
- Monitoring by being on site on Arrival & Departure Transfers followed by Tour Briefing to Clients
Job Specification
- Good relation with hotels and service providers.
- Good communication and leadership skills to lead a team.
- Take forward online marketing campaigns.
- Having first-hand experience of trekking and expedition will be an added advantage.
- Should have minimum 3 years experience in B2C client communication through email and all modern communication mediums.
Education description
- Must have completed Bachelor's Degree
