job description
- Handle queries and corresponding with clients and agents to meet their specific requirements.
- Researching and preparing detailed information regarding the assigned file
- Prepare and maintain detailed information for each inquiry/file
- Reporting to the management.
Job Specification
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in the respective field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently & manage priorities
- Fluency in written & spoken English.
Education description
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Travel & Tourism)
