job description
- Creating and maintain relationship with clients and managing their account including meeting with Senior leadership to assess needs and progress
- Conducting needs assessments to determine where improvement can be made
- Developing strategies to improve communication between departments or teams where needed
- Conducting training sessions on new software applications in order to help users adapt to new technology within their field
- Presenting finding to clients in a clear and concise manner so they can understand how the changes will affect their organization
Education description
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent (e.g., ACCA, BBA, BBS).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience
- Prior working experience in IT Field Will be advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
- Strong Knowledge of Accounting Software
- Effective communication skills
- Analytical skills to analyze financial figures and troubleshoot issues independently.
- Positive work attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful, proactive, and self-driven with good initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
