Key Responsibilities:
- Process and validate vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and prompt payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements, swiftly resolving any discrepancies or billing issues.
- Generate customer invoices and statements with precision and efficiency.
- Support general ledger entries and journal postings with meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including thorough bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and organize comprehensive documentation for month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation, with an organized filing system.
