Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and submit daily branch reports to the Supervisor.
- Handle petty cash transactions with accuracy.
- Prepare and monitor branch-wise monthly budget vs. actual admin expenses.
- Ensure regular updates of Sales/Purchase Registers at all branches.
- Complete Cash/Cheque Receipts and Bank Receipts entries daily, ensuring alignment with the correct product segment.
- Manage billing, TADA, and expense entries efficiently.
- Proactively follow up on debtor payments.
- Oversee machine registration and ownership transfers.
- Handle claim submissions, insurance processing, and payment receipts.
- Manage blacklisting registrations and follow-ups.
- Execute machine repossession tasks and coordinate with police for cases when necessary.
