We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admission Officer to join our educational consultancy team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing them with the necessary information and support to pursue their educational goals. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions Support:

  • Assist prospective students in understanding the admission requirements for various educational institutions and programs.
  • Provide personalized guidance on course selection, application procedures, and deadlines.
  • Review and evaluate student applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Conduct informational sessions and webinars to educate students about available programs and institutions.

Counselling Responsibilities:

  • Offer tailored advice and support to students regarding their academic and career goals.
  • Help students prepare application materials, including personal statements, CVs, and letters of recommendation.
  • Maintain relationships with educational institutions to stay informed about their admission policies and program updates.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, application status, and admissions data.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor and report on admissions trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing student inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in the resolution of any issues that may arise during the admissions process.
Education description
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in admissions, educational consultancy, or student services is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the educational landscape and admissions processes.
